Civil Police signs Technical Cooperation term with the Legislative Assembly of Amazonas

The Civil Police of Amazonas, represented by the Police Commissioner, Josué Rocha, and the Deputy Police Commissioner, Mario Aufiero, signed earlier, on this Wednesday (11), the "Academic, Technological and Judicial Practice Cooperation Term" in agreement with the Legislative Assembly of Amazonas (ALE-AM), at the Center-South region of Manaus.

The Cooperation Term is a partnership between the Amazonas Civil Police with the Legislative School of the ALE-AM and the Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA), and aims to contribute to the training and development of the institution's servers.

The Police Commissioner, Josué Rocha, talked about the importance of this partnership. "The signing of this term is an innovation for the Civil Police, because after this integration, we can say that the servers that operate in distant cities will have access to training courses, as already happens in the capital. This partnership will allow the Civil Police to reach these servers to best serve the people" he emphasized.

The president of the state's Legislative Assembly, State Representative Josué Neto, pointed out the benefits the servers will get with this commitment. "We are delighted to celebrate the signing of the Technical Cooperation Term between the Legislative Assembly and the Civil Police. This cooperation will be responsible for delivering courses via the IPTV system, which is a method of transmitting television signals. The Legislative Assembly is providing the equipment so that we can contribute in some way for the public safety in the Amazon" he said.

According to André Zogahib, president of the Civil Police Training Committee, the first course will update Criminal Law, Procedure Criminal Law and Special Laws knowledge. The qualification is aimed at all the Chief Police Officers of the Police Districts,  the Specialized Police Stations, the capital Sectionals, and all 42 effective counties.
The course will be held from September 16th to September 20th, from 2pm to 5pm, in the auditorium of the Escola Superior de Tecnologia da UEA (EST/UEA), at the Darcy Vargas Avenue, Parque 10 de Novembro, center-south region of Manaus.
